We work on a quote basis for all projects. Based on the requirements document we will receive from a client , we will send a quote which will include
- One of our solutions if applicable
- Yearly support plan
- Yearly upgrade plan
- Setup and modification of the templates through overrides if applicable.
- Other costs like data import, images processing...
Joomla Solutions backend access
We work mainly with direct clients. We can provide a backend administration access to our demo applications.
We will need to receive a request by email stating your company name and email address.
*** free email addresses like gmail,yahooo... are not accepted. we need to identify who accesses our demo server.
We support our clients using our solutions through a yearly support plan.
- Each client has access to a direct support phone number.
- Each client has access to a direct skype support account.
- Clients can use as well our support ticket system.
- All clients using our solutions are entitled through the yearly support plan to direct support from a live person. We do not use a forum. You have the answer to your query or problem within minutes of your call to us.
All development and project management is done in-house. The project manager in charge of managing your project will have direct access to the developers.
During the setup phase, the project manager will advise you on the possible application settings and answer your questions right away.
Our project managers are as well involved in our solutions specifications and some coding. It means that they know the solutions inside out. If you have a question, they will answer it right away without having to consult several persons.

In the quote a client receives we include a timeline based on the requirements document received and added to the quote.
We assess the development and setup time carefully in order for you to have an accurate time to launch.
